A caramelly and rich coffee with dried fruit notes that is naturally decaffeinated at origin

    The coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia and is a blend of coffees from small farms in the region. They decaffeinate it by adding Ethyl Acetate to the soaking coffee to extract the caffeine. The Ethyl Acetate is naturally derived from fermenting sugar cane and is removed at the end of the process. This method allows for maximum flavor retention of the original coffee, just without the caffeine.
